Our inspection covers the air handler unit including the evaporator coil, drain pan, and blower compartment; accessible supply and return ductwork; grille surfaces; and supply air register areas. We collect surface swab samples from coil fins, drain pan surfaces, and duct interiors, as well as air samples taken directly from supply registers with the system running to capture what is actually being delivered into your living space. All samples are analyzed by an accredited laboratory and results are included in a comprehensive written report.
